It's a healthier dinner (or lunch) that my family loves, it's quick, and uses ingredients I always have on hand. I love that I can grab a rotisserie chicken from the store and have dinner on the table in 15 minutes. Plus, wraps are just fun to eat and don't make you feel weighed down.
I strongly recommend pairing these with homemade flour tortillas. The tiny bit of extra effort makes all th difference for truly the BEST chicken wrap ever. You can make a batch of tortillas and freeze them for the future, too.

How to make Chicken Avocado Wraps:
Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine lettuce, avocado, bacon, red onion, and chicken. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl then pour over the other ingredients and toss to combine.
Wrap in Tortilla: Scoop some in the center of a homemade tortilla then wrap up your chicken avocado wrap and enjoy!


Chicken Bacon Avocado Wrap
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise , or use plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup milk , to thin sauce if needed
- 5 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
- 2 cups finely shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 avocado , diced
- 8-10 slices cooked bacon , chopped (1 cup)
- 3 cups cooked chicken , shredded or chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
Instructions

Wrap filling: In a large bowl, toss together shredded lettuce, avocado, red onion, bacon and chicken.2 cups finely shredded romaine lettuce, 1 avocado, 8-10 slices cooked bacon, 3 cups cooked chicken, ¼ cup red onion

Combine: Add dressing and toss to coat evenly. You may not want to use it all.
